Humm has been doing psychedelic journey work since
the ripe age of 13 and fine-tuning her communing with the natural forces since. In 2016 she founded Flow Space, a multifaceted movement and healing arts collective whose primary intention was to transmute the pains of the world into pleasure via a variety of modalities - Yoga, bodywork, ecstatic dance, performance, storytelling, and immersive events steeped in the erotic and sensual for greater liberation and the re-wilding of the human. After 8 years of holding this space, she is now seeding her expereince and offerings into the greater NYC.

2020 - Harm Reduction Lead and Trainer for large scale festival across the country

lines to instill gentler and more integrative approaches to overwhelming
experiences and psychedelic episodes.

Bodywork
Your body is asking for something.
My bodywork stems from an ancient lineage of Thai massage teaching. In Thai bodywork we are using the leverage of the body for greater access into joints and the bodies natural rhythmic movements. A sort of dance takes over the practitioner as they cycle your body through wave like motions helping the body remember its desired pathways is One can see this as an assisted stretching modality.
Often times we will see emotions start to bubble towards the surface as the the body loosens its grip, and thus can pair well with talk based integration work. Prices below.

Life Transition Integration Work
You are in a state of transition.
Whether it be grief a psychedelic journey, career transition or a break up, when the body processes that you are in a flux state it hold tension and make it feel impossible to move through the daily tasks that once felt easeful. What I do is create a safe container for your vulnerability and lead you into a space of focused flow helping you identify and leverage your own strength to re-pattern the stuck energy you’ve been holding.
Ideally, this work starts with bodywork, as many of our life's answers are stuck in the body.
This offering is optional and not required, though there is no additional charge.
